With warmer weather here it can become a challenge to keep your makeup from sliding off your face. So how do I keep my make up in pristine condition and in place during the summertime? Well, that’s easy, I don’t. Within an hour of being in the sweltering, humid heat well known in Manhattan as the Dog Days of Summer, I have mascara up my nose, lipstick dripping down my chin, sort of like Bozo the clown in a very sad mood and the raccoon eyes, well, let’s not even go there. I’ve tried a few sprays but I either have an allergic reaction to it or t feels uncomfortable and heavy on my face. This is one spray I would love to try, not simply because it’s supposed to keep your make up from spreading but also because it’s also supposed to prevent your make up from settling into those fine lines we all have but I personally refuse to acknowledge that I have. I’d love to see if this spray is all that the manufacturer says it is because if it truly works, then I’m definitely going to invest in some stocks and bonds in the company. I stick to the basics in summer, lip gloss, mascara, a touch of blush. No foundation or anything that will wilt.
