Hello beauties! You already know how enamoured I am with Reviva Labs products, but I’m not the only one. I met my friend Zuzu on The Timeless Beauty, a makeup & skincare forum for women over 40. If you haven’t checked it out, you need to. Anywho, Zuzu is extremely impressed with Reviva Labs too and wanted to share the results of her experience with Reviva Labs Alpha Lipoic Acid Vitamin C Ester and DMAE Cream.
A few years ago (in my mid 30s), I noticed that my physician was reading The Perricone Prescription. We often passed book recommendations to one another, and I asked what she thought. She said it was a very good plan (especially the anti-inflammatory diet), but that I could buy an almost ingredient-per-ingredient dupe of Perricone’s anti aging products if I went to Whole Foods and picked up Reviva Labs Alpha Lipoic Acid Vitamin C Ester and DMAE Cream. I took her advice, but my skin wasn’t really in need of any help at the time, being still youthful, firm, and oily. The cream felt too heavy so I didn’t stick with it.
Fast forward 10 years to this past winter. The skin on my face was still firm and plump, but I noticed loose skin on my throat and a marked decrease in elasticity in the creases of my eyes. I could pinch the skin there, let go, and it would stay pooched out! I did some research and stumbled across Reviva again. This time I read reviews, which weren’t available to me in the mid 90s, and I was encouraged enough to try it again.
I purchased the cream, which I used on my throat only, and I also bought the Firming Eye Serum with Alpha Lipoic Acid, Vitamin C Ester & DMAE. The serum is lightweight enough to wear under eye makeup because it absorbs very quickly, so I used it every morning and used the more emollient cream on my throat every night.
No one was more surprised than I when I began to notice results within three weeks. Whenever I had looked into the mirror before, my eyes always zeroed in on that turkey wattle, but suddenly I noticed that I wasn’t noticing my throat any longer. Upon closer inspection, the texture had smoothed out and lost its sag. As for my eyes, the skin along my crease returned to its former tight and plump state.
I love Reviva Lab products, and I highly recommend them. They are quite affordable and highly effective.

Thank you for the review!
Would love to try the makeup up and the brown spot lightning cream.
Hyaluronic Acid Serum and Collagen Fibre Eye Pad Kit w/Myoxinal are two more products I’d love to try. Thanks for the chance and review of Reviva Labs. Great to have something more along my budget to choose from.
@Vickie Riddle, I originally bought the products at Whole Foods, but they are half price at vitacost.com, where shipping is always only $5. I have been ordering from vitacost (supplements, tea, makeup, etc) since 2003, and their customer service is excellent.

I’d love to try their rose facial spray. Thanks for the giveaway and for pointing me to the Reviva Labs product line.
@Grace, I have the rose water spray (I even store in in the fridge for summer months!), but I don’t love it. It stings, and not in a very good way. But to be fair to the product, I only started using it after I began using Retin-A, so my skin could be ultra sensitive. It smells great, and I use it to dampen my makeup brushes when I want to use the product ‘wet.’
I would like to try the DMAE firming fluid
@Hope, I have also used this, but I don’t find it as effective as the cream. Perhaps because it lacks the Ester C and ALA. The cream is a bit heavy on my skin in the summer, so I use the DMAE/ALA/Ester C eye firming serum on my throat in the summer, and it seems to be keeping the crepies at bay.
Thank you for a great review. Â I strayed from Reviva Labs. Â I stopped going near the store which carries Reviva, but will have to get back there. Â I want to try the two that you mention, the cream and the eye serum, as well as the Rosacea K cream and the HA serum.
You can always order online!
I’d like to try the “Light Skin Peel 1.5oz” and the “Rosacea K Cream”.
