Le Métier de Beauté has two new nail polish collections; Bright as Night with Christmas Town and Dream Maker and Deck The Nails with Moon’s Glow and Tinsel Town.
Christmas Town and Dream Maker are both vibrant, vampy eye catching shades that are fab for winter. Christmas Town is a deep emerald green with slight shimmer, Dream Maker is a deep violet with definite navy undertones and more of a cream finish–almost a blurple.
Moon’s Glow is a golden gleam lacquered overlay and Tinsel Town is a subtle shimmer lacquered overlay with crisp celadon undertones. Worn alone, the iridescent shades mix glimmering tones of gold, green and silver for an attention-grabbing, holographic effect. Layered over the rich, darker shades, they change the color and add an extra dimension. They are so, so fun to play with and make all four shades extremely versatile!
Specifically formulated to be 3-Free without formaldehyde, toluene and dibutyl phthalate (DBP), Proposition 65-compliant and fortified with strengthening proteins and hydrators. Le Métier de Beauté Nail Lacquers are chip resistant and highly pigmented for rich, glossy, long wearing color.
I chose Christmas Town for my mani this week with Tinsel Town layered over the ring finger. Sorry I’m such a klutz, I smudged my ring finger-ugggg.
Here are a few more combinations I tried:
Dream Maker with Moon’s Glow layered over and Christmas Town with Moon’s Glow layered.
Christmas Town layered with Tinsel Town, Dream Maker layered with Tinsel Town. I did find Christmas Town and Tinsel Town were thicker than the other shades so I added a drop or two of polish remover. I don’t know if that is common with those particular shades or if I was just the ones I got.
Both of these duos, Bright as Night and Deck The Nails are simply stunning. The wealth of looks you can create is endless and these lacquers are very rich and expensive looking. Check out Blushing Noir to see all the colors on real nails!
