“The It Girl Eye Shadow Palette is a great selection of the neutral eye shadows that enhance the eyes and will sparkle in the summer sun! At only $10, you can’t beat this value.” Uh….. Word!
The palette consists of:
- An exclusive shade Lame – a pretty yellow gold
- An exclusive shade Chloe–a pale bronzey brown
- The award winning Kitten–the famous champagne pink frosty shade
These shades are all shimmery with the exception of Kitten which is downright frosty. I only use Kitten for a highlight shade and it’s ideal for that. I used Kitten under the brow bone and lightly in the inner corners, Lame on the lid and Chloe in the outer V. This combination really makes eyes glow and is great for a neutral look. For me, lame is the standout shade, no orange and not too much yellow, it’s a perfect muted gold. A workhorse of a color, it can be used alone or as an allover wash or a base shade, or on lids as I did. Chloe is a soft bronzey brown with slight olive undertones. A fairly unique shade, it reminds me of very toned down subtle Golightly with a bit more brown. I also used my new favorite thing, Stila Smudgestick in Moray, a pretty olive green. The smudgestick in Lionfish has been on my wishlist and I think it would look equally fab with this palette.  All these shades (again with the exception of Kitten) are pretty warm so you might want to swatch the shades if you are cooler toned. The quality is typical of Stila shadows, soft with the best blendability on the market. I can definitely see this palette as a summer staple for me when I want a bronzed goddess look.

I’m a cool tone. I love Nuxe golden shimmer dry oil. I use it instead of lotion. I live in the desert and I can’t stand that heavy coated feeling when its triple digits.
I’m a COOL and one of my favorite summer products is China Glaze nail polish
in Sky High Top. It’s a gorgeous bluish turquoise shade that looks great on toes
since I live in sandals during the summer!

My Fresh rose balm, spf 15 + a little color and i’m set to go. I cut down on make up during the summer, normally don’t do heavy lipstick or color — it’s all I need for my lips.

I’d say my fave summer product(behind sunscreen, but i use that year-round anyway)would be Jergan’s “Natural Glow” foam-moisturizer…it give my blinding-white legs enough color that I ‘m comfortable showing them.
