Perfume is always a winner as a gift, especially the beautiful gift sets that arrive every during the holiday season. Calvin Klein’s Euphoria is an excellent choice for gift giving. It was launched in 2005 and won that years Fifi award. This year, Euphoria was a sponsor of the IFP’s 20th Annual Gotham Film Awards with Oscar winning actress Hilary Swank receiving the Female Tribute award.
Euphoria is an addictive oriental fragrance that contrasts exotic fruits, seductive florals and a rich creamy signature that complements them all. This is one of my sisters most beloved fragrances–I don’t blame her, it smells marvelous on her. Although classified as an oriental, Euphoria is more complex than what you normally think of as oriental. Euphoria opens with sweet notes of pomegranate, persimmon, and lush green accord. These blend into fresh lotus blossom, champaca flower and exotic black orchid. The dry down is a very warm and sensual amber, black violet, cream accord and mahogany wood. It’s a very sophisitaced and sensual fragrance that exudes confidence. Even though my sister is extremely ADHD concerning perfume, (she changes brands every few months or so), she is always thrilled to wear Euphoria.

My favorite is an old one called Intimate, but it’s very difficult to find these days! I’ve never tried Euphoria but your description makes it sound quite similar to me. I’d be very pleased to to try it and see since this would be more easily obtainable! I am a FB fan of Prime Beauty.
