Spring Drugstore Blushes for Under $15!

very season I like to change up the makeup colors I wear. For fall and winter, I prefer red and deep berry lips with brown and gray eyes. In spring and summer, I like to lighten it up with softer shades of pink and peach. Changing my makeup “wardrobe” every season can get expensive so I restock my makeup collection with items from the drugstore. Drugstore makeup has come a long way in terms of quality and mainstream brands rival high-end on the daily. The other great thing about drugstore beauty is that with coupons and frequent sales, prices are lower than a 50% sale at the dollar store!

Here are some of my favorite blushes for spring, all under (some WAY under) $15!

Hard Candy Just Glow! Over The Moon Baked Blushed Duo ($8) – Hard Candy combined their two best selling baked blushes in one compact. These two blushes are marbleized to wash cheeks with reflective mica pigments bring radiance and light to the face for a just-pinched glow. This duo has a shimmery cool baby pink and shimmery warm peach. The peach shade is very light and in my opinion, works better as a highlighter but that’s okay because you still get two fab products for only $8! The blushes come packaged in a compact that includes both a mirror and blending brush. the brush is a throwaway but I do appreciate the mirror!

NYX Ombre Blush in Sweet Spring ($9.99) – NYX Cosmetics’ gradient Ombre Blush features two silky colors blended into one perfectly coordinated shade combo. It’s hard to see the gradient in Sweet Spring–but it’s a blend of pink and peach. The texture is soft and it’s very pigmented so if you’re fair like me, use a light hand. This pan is huge with .28 oz of color! It’s matte but not flat. Available in 6 ombre shades.

Physician’s Formula Butter Blush Murumuru Butter Blush in Plum Rose ($12.99) – this powder/cream hybrid blush has a very creamy, buttery formula infused with Murumuru Butter, to deliver a radiant Brazilian goddess glow! Ultra-refined pearl and soft-focus pigments help smooth skin texture, brighten skin tone, and deliver a gorgeous blushing glow. Plum Rose is a pretty dusty nude pink that is amazing for pale girls. This is perefect for those that prefer matte blushes because it doesn’t look flat yet has no shimmer. Oh and did I mention this has a tropical scent like suntan lotion?

Soap and Glory Peach Party Blush ($15) – Peach Party is a multi-color blush brick with a mix of peach, copper and gold pearlized pigments that imparts the perfect peachy-summer glow. When applied lightly the shimmer is not over the top and the mix of shades gives a nice multi-dimensional luminous glow. Also available in Love at First Blush in pink tones. There are also bronzers. Love the glow I get from this!

What drugstore blushes are you crushing over?

  • Allison @neversaydiebeauty

Those are all so pretty! The Hard Candy pink is calling to me. I’m still loving Milani blushes from the drugstore too.

    • Ah, I meant to include Milani and I forgot–they are great!

  • Jeanine @ sixtimemommy.com

So pretty. I need to get more into make up. I don’t often do mine and don’t really have the proper brushes, etc!

    • You can get a good set of brushes at the drugstore from EcoTools for $10!

  • Robin Rue

I love it when I can score great deals on some awesome beauty products right at the drugstore. Thanks for the suggestions.

    • No problem, drugstore beauty has come a long way!

  • Kara Crowe Hyvarinen

I love the peaches in the Soap and Glory palette. So pretty with just a subtle color!

    • It’s gorgeous on, they have a pink too–Love at First Blush. They often have sales on Soap and Glory at Ulta too!

  • That Butter Blush looks awesome!

  • I love the duo colors though the packaging looks gimky. Soap and Glory has some great stuff.

    • Yeah, the packaging isn’t great but I love what’s inside!

  • The Hard Candy ones look so pretty!!

    • I absolutely love the pink blush-been wearing it every day. It has just the right amount of glow.

  • Blush is one item I will buy on the cheaper side. I love these ideas and will definitely be checking them out the next time I need some.

  • I am in love with Hard Candy colors. They are fresh yet not fake looking. Thanks for sharing these new colors.

  • marciaf

Oh these are so pretty. I have the pink side of the Hard Candy blush and use it often. I really like the ombre look of the NYX. I guess a trip to Ulta is in the works.

    • I love that Hard Candy pink blush! Who would ever think it would be flattering on us old ladies!

  • Catherine M.

These are so pretty for Spring and Summer! I like the Hard Candy duo with the shimmering colors! Pink and peach for my moods/outfits.

    • I am so surprised that I like that one so much!

  • These are all so pretty! I definitely want to try more from Physician’s Formula – everyone’s been raving about them for years and years! x

    • There is another color in the Murumuru Butter Blush if you don’t like the plum shade, it called Natural Glow.

  • Amanda Love

This is really nice. I don’t use blush often so I want to know which ones are worth getting. Thanks for the review!

  • Blush is such a hard product to nail, it’s so great to see these recommendations!! Thank you for all the detail shots and reviews.

  • My all time favorite drugstore blush is the Milani Rose blush. I use it almost every day!

    • And I forgot to add that to the list–I have like 5 of them!

  • Reesa at Momma Lew

I love buying beauty products at drug stores. Big beauty stores are hard for me to get to.

    • There is so much good stuff at the drugstore these days!

  • Melissa Chapman

If I can save money and the product is good I will use it. The formula for the pale girls would be my first choice. My daughter is even whiter than me so the Physician’s Formula should be good for her too.

    • Wait for a buy one get one half off and get one for both of you!

  • Marceline Dementori

I can’t believe some of these are under $15! I love that there are blushes that have good quality that doesn’t cost much.

    • They are ALL under $15 and with sales even cheaper!

  • I’ve never used Physician’s Formula products, but I love the look and sound of that Murumuru Butter Blush. I have been wanting to try a new blush, so I may just have to check it out.

  • Pretty! I don’t update my blush nearly as often as I should.

  • Angela

I love the Physician’s Formula Butter Blush Murumuru Butter Blush in Plum Rose. What I like about it is the fact that it has a scent and that it’s mate yet not flat. I I’m not the sparkly type so I always look for the mate version in a makeup product. Thanks for sharing

  • That NYX ombré blush color is gorgeous! I went shopping for some make up last night and I wished I had seen your post earlier! Gonna have to check out that blush – the color is too beautiful to not check out in person.

  • This is perfect! I was looking for some new blush but didn’t want to break my budget!

  • Lydia

These are pretty blushes! I love the Sonia Kashuk blushes the most, so many shades to choose from!

  • Natasha

All of those blushes are absolutely gorgeous! I really want to try out the Physician’s Formula Butter Blush Murumuru Butter Blush in Plum Rose.

  • Anvita – TheBellyRulesTheMind

These shades are really pretty. I leave make up only for the parties and get togethers, only a daily basis I barely put any make up
